GRADUS at Russian Retail Week
The GRADUS stand became one of the most noticeable points on the exhibition site. Here, the company's experts talked about how modern solutions in the field of sales personnel outsourcing, field analytics and digital merchandising work.
Visitors to the stand got acquainted with:
- personnel outsourcing services based on a digital management system;
- analytical tools that allow you to track the effectiveness of the display, perform an audit and forecast sales;
- the GRADUS Retail Index system for evaluating retail outlets, built on OFD data and field research results;
- practices for automating the processes of monitoring and managing teams on the ground.
The GRADUS stand was visited by representatives of the largest Russian and international companies. Many noted that outsourcing today can no longer be perceived outside the analytical and technological context - this is the link that becomes the key to efficiency.
AMA Session: Efficiency and Data on the Agenda
As part of the business program, a business session of the Association of Merchandising Agencies (AMA) was held - "New principles of effective merchandising", where GRADUS acted as one of the key experts.
The session was opened by Maria Grigorieva, Director of AMA. During the presentation, the results of the industry study were summed up and the rating of agencies for 2024 was presented. These data became the starting point for discussing current challenges in retail.
GRADUS Experts: Technologies that Work
Vladimir Alimov, Director of the Analytics Department at GRADUS, presented a report on how data integration — from OFD to field information — helps build merchandising strategies based on objective efficiency.
Valentin Kononov, a trade marketing expert, shared a model for achieving the Perfect Store: a toolkit that allows you to evaluate performance at retail outlets, identify growth areas, and launch targeted corrective actions.
Alena Firsova, Project Manager at GRADUS, spoke about field team management technologies, including data collection automation, real-time KPI monitoring, and increased process transparency.
Results: From Outsourcing to Data – and Back
Retail Week showed how quickly the demand for transparent, technological and flexible solutions in personnel outsourcing and merchandising is growing. Companies increasingly choose partners who can not only provide people "in the field", but also provide control, analytics and forecasting of results.
GRADUS thanks everyone who visited our stand, participated in the session and showed interest in our solutions. We continue to develop technologies that make retail predictable, efficient and understandable.
